More Mesa

Had a little golf "lesson" at the beautiful Longbow Golf Club just north of Mesa.  Golfweek magazine named it one of it's 100 "best resort courses" in the nation this year.

I don't play. But this was one of those times I wish I did.

My teacher was assistant manager Tim Rieger.  Tim is a North Dakota native who lived in Grand Forks until 1997.  Longbow is his dream job, of course, allowing him to play golf year round--and get paid for it!  On top of that, he and his wife just bought a home in the area.  Their son Adrian was born two months ago.  Life is good here.
