Bismarck

Just after returning from the nation's capitol this week with Northern Valley Honor Flight, we made a quick, but interesting trip to the capital city of Bismarck.

We had a lot of fun speaking to the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction's Child Nutritian and Food Distribution employees.  I liked the odds--twelve women and me.  Thanks to Deb and the gang.

We talked about stress and dealing with the media.  Although two different subjects, some might say they go together well.

I also liked the setting.  For my money, the nicest country club in the most beautiful setting in North Dakota, the Hawktree Golf Club, just north of Bismarck.
